The firm works closely with developers, government entities, and private sector clients to ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on cost control, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver construction projects from initiation through completion. The role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience managing multiple construction phases and site activities

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)

Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and cost controls

Manage contracts, change orders, claims, and variations

Ensure compliance with local building codes, HSE regulations, and quality standards

Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
