Responsible For
  • Provide personalized, attentive service to hotel guests, ensuring a high standard of comfort and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs, offering assistance with personal requests such as unpacking, pressing clothes, and arranging transportation.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features, amenities, and services available.
  • Handle special requests, such as arranging for flowers, personal shopping, or in-room dining
  • Ensure guest rooms are ready, including ensuring all amenities and equipment are in place and functional.
  • Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, room service, and concierge to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicate guest preferences and any special requests to appropriate departments
  • Set up personalized touches such as special lighting, music, or welcoming refreshments as per guest preferences.
