About the Role:
We are seeking a courteous, professional, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our client luxury hospitality team. As a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, handling special requests, resolving concerns promptly, and enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance with a strong sense of hospitality.
Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, repeat visitors, and high-profile clientele.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate special guest needs such as room preferences, amenities, transportation, or event bookings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, facilities, and local attractions.
